Component Repair or Replacement: Components that do not meet the required standards are repaired or replaced.
Cleaning: Cleaning of engine parts is crucial to remove contaminants and residue.
Reassembly and Testing: After the necessary repairs and replacements, the engine is reassembled by following precise manufacturer guidelines.
Testing: Once reassembled, the engine undergoes rigorous testing procedures to ensure its performance, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
Documentation and Certification: After successful testing and inspection, all inspected and/or overhauled parts will be accompanied by an 8130 - a certification for airworthiness.
